Loved the discount especially for a product that is current. Secondly , shipping turnaround time was excellent. Really appreciated getting the package with such speed. Overall shopping experience was very convenient.

Cettire offers impressive designer styles at discounted prices and delivery is often fast. However, the return process is painful—with high per-item fees and you must cover shipping. Customer support is slow or generic, and tracking updates are sometimes missing. Mixed experience overall.

Fast and less expensive. Put my order in came fast and my package was so gratefully packed and delivered.

shoe sizes dont match, US size requested, UK size sent. Even the shoes look to not be in stellar condition

I placed an order for 2 items. They were sent from Cettire separately. I was a bit upset by that, however….I received the first item within a week of order and the second item I received within 2 day from receipt of the first item. I was super impressed!

The shipment of my items this last order was fast. I love it

Placed an order which Cettire cancelled after 5 days. The reason stated was that the item is out of stock. However, the item was still in stock, only the price was increased. Don’t know why they accept orders if they aren’t happy with the price paid for it.
