The staff at Cettire were pretty good at responding to my inquiries regarding shipping questions and model info / differences between a handbag. I only wish I had known about this website years ago! It is amazing and the items are legit and come very quickly with reliable tracking info and in my case, shipped from Milan, confirming the authenticity of the item!
