2nd time ordering. Disaster. Last time .

I never received my item

Still unresolved issue on a return that shorted me shipping and processing fees for goods that were NEVER shipped. One should ask why CETTIRE charges your credit card immediately, while taking more than “10 business days” to refund— BEWARE! Numerous emails back and forth with no live agents. Only recourse for resolution is to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Fast shipping and customer service

This is the worst online retailer.One of the managers name is Angela who clearly is a problem behind very bad service as lady totally failed to respond in a month.I placed order a month ago and asked them to ship it asap as I had trip coming up.Instead they placed it on hold and despite me writing to them non stop never shipped order and finally after a month cancelled order as it was out of stock as they sold it to someone else while I paid for it and they failed to ship and then failed to refund.im surprised their trading is not suspended as they keep breaching trading standards.I know many people who had very bad experiences with them.They trade a lot of Chinese grey market it was in the news.do not buy from them you will have a lot of stress.

I was charged $78 restocking fees for a return of an item that was just $200. I have NEVER heard of anything so outrageous. I’ve paid no more than $9.95 for restocking fees in the past. I will not buy from them again. Online purchases are subject to returns as items are unseen, and this policy is absurd.

Great purchase, item was just as listed. Excellent price and fast shipping.

On time delivery

The return process is absolutely diabolical , the longest wait time of any online retailer I’ve experienced . I returned a shirt for a refund and weeks later the short I can see is back on sale on their website( it was the only size remaining so I know it’s the same one) and yet they claim they’re still reviewing the condition of the item before they can issue a refund. If I don’t receive a receive a refund within 3 days I’ll be contacting my credit card company to lodge a complaint and a chargeback. Very unfortunate buying experience.
