I ordered a womens shoe and received a mens. I need to return them, but there was a $25 fee for delivery and asking for an additional $28 fee to return. I have written twice to resolve this issue. I will not pay shipping fee and return fee for a product that the company mistakenly sent me

I really liked dealing with the website, and since it was my first time, I was drawn to the speed of delivery and the attention paid to product packaging. But it was also preferable and very important to me that the product arrived in the original brand box. Also, the shipping was very overpriced, and thanks again for this very nice dealing. I would like to ask how I can get a permanent discount on the website with a maximum of 15%.
