Fast delivery and everything was consistent with the order

The Attico mules broke after minimal wear. Cettire refused a refund, blaming “wear and tear.” Poor quality and no responsibility.

Its been 3 weeks now and I haven't received my order. I sent 5 emails to Cettire about my order and they keep telling me that my order was shipped but I still haven't received it.

Received my bag in perfect condition. Took awhile to ship but once it did, it arrived in 2 days. A little disappointed at the packing condition; for a luxury bag it was simply in a large plastic bag with a stack of tissue paper not even separated nor fluffed placed around the bag. But it did the job. I'm satisfied with outcome and price.
